Pizza Buffet
We provide pizza exclusively at events where our staff is present and where we offer hot food in addition to pizza.
Our goal is to ensure the satisfaction of both our customers and their guests—including potential future customers—we propose two options for serving pizza:

Traditional Pizza Made On-Site
This option uses portable electric ovens, and there here are some key considerations:
a - The venue must allow the use of electricity, and outlets must support the necessary consumption.
b - The pizza should complement the buffet rather than be the main dish.
c - You should account for the setup costs, which will include hiring a pizza chef and an assistant, as the pizza will be made on-site.

Pizza by the Slice
In this option, we prepare and cook the pizza in our kitchen and then heat it quickly in portable electric ovens or the venue's kitchen if available.
This method allows the pizza to be featured as the main dish while serving all your guests simultaneously.
The difference between "pizza al trancio" and traditional pizza is that the former is softer and more generously topped, as we can pre-cook it before the lunch or the dinner.
The prices for various solutions can differ widely, depending on the specific services you need.
To ensure you get the best value, it's advisable to request a tailored quote that you can modify to fit your preferences at any time.
This way, you can make informed decisions that align perfectly with your requirements.
Pizza by the slices
Pizzas are prepared (with toppings you like) in trays measuring 50 cm x 30 cm (20" x 12") and cut into appropriate sizes based on whether they are for adults or children. Typically, a tray yields 15 slices for adults and 30 slices for children.
Pizza on-site limited
The pizzas are prepared for lunch or dinner by a pizza chef and an assistant, based on the number requested. You can choose any flavour you prefer.
The price consists of a fixed setup fee and the cost of the pizzas ordered.
Pizza on-site unlimited
The pizzas are continuously prepared for lunch or dinner by a pizza chef and an assistant until there are no more requests from the guests.
The price is simply a fixed installation fee that covers an unlimited number of pizzas.
