How to secure an event?A confirmation deposit of 30% of the total estimated bill is required to hold the catering date and secure the price. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card (with a 2.5% surcharge fee required by the bank), or by check.

Can I amend my order?Yes, you can make changes to your order until one week before your event.

When do I pay the event balance?The final balance payment must be made by bank transfer or credit card with a 2.5% commission charged by the bank, the week before the event. Payments by check are only accepted 15 days prior to the event.

What is the minimum order?The minimum order varies depending on the type of buffet you choose. For a cold buffet, the minimum amount required is £250.00. If you opt for a hot self-service or a sit-down buffet, the minimum required is £360.00.

Can I cancel the booking?You can cancel your booking at any time; however, the deposit made to secure your event date is non-refundable.

How much space do we need for the buffet setup?The space required for a buffet depends on its type and the amount of food you order. Served and sit-down buffets typically need more space. Regardless of the buffet style, we can provide you with the information on how much space is necessary based on your specific needs.

Do you require a kitchen at the venue?We typically do not require a kitchen, as we transport all our food in thermal containers suitable for both cold and hot buffets. However, if a kitchen were available with a refrigerator, freezer, and oven, we could utilize these appliances to offer ice cream and to gently heat items that are normally served cold, like pizza.
