Refunds due to damaged goods

  • In the event of a parcel being delivered with broken or damaged goods, you MUST inform us as soon as possible (no later than 5 working days). This will allow us to investigate the nature of the damage and issue you a refund or supply you with replacement product, whichever comes easier for you.
  • In the event of a product being delivered in a broken state, we may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the issue. This is only asked to help identify the problem and address it properly.

Your right to cancel an order

  • If you made a order, direct or through our online services, with us in regard to our Jarred products (this does not apply for Catering services orders) you have the right to cancel all or part of your order at any time up to 14 calendar days as long as the hygene security seal is still intact.
  • Any paid delivery charges will NOT be included in your refund once the order has been processed and delivered to you.
  • If you wish to cancel a product you have ordered from us, please be aware that statutory rights of cancellation under the Regulations do not apply at any products with a hygiene seal where the seal is broken.

Exercising your right to cancel and obtain a refund

  • All risks related to the wellbeing of the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you at the moment of delivery and acceptance of the goods.
  • According to the Consumer Right Act 2015, you have the right to send back or hand over to us any goods, without providing a reason, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day of the delivery of the goods. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning any goods to us.
  • Products should be returned in or with their original packaging.
  • If you wish to cancel a product you have ordered from us, please be aware that statutory rights of cancellation under the Regulations do not apply at any products with a hygiene seal where the seal is broken.
  • To return your goods, please alert us in writing of your intention at info@cateritaly.co.uk, quoting your order number or providing a proof of purchase. We will process your refund with 14 days of receipt of the products to the following Specified Returns Address:
