Refunds due to damaged goods
- In the event of a parcel being delivered with broken or damaged goods, you MUST inform us as soon as possible (no later than 5 working days). This will allow us to investigate the nature of the damage and issue you a refund or supply you with replacement product, whichever comes easier for you.
- In the event of a product being delivered in a broken state, we may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the issue. This is only asked to help identify the problem and address it properly.
