This course aims to teach you how to make a proper pizza with common ingredients and a domestic oven; it imperfect if you already have some pizza skills as well as if you have no idea where to start. We will take you step by step, from what ingredients you need, the weigh and mixing procedure with particular attention to the flour to yeast ratio. We will teach you how to work the dough and the needed times of rest. You will take your dough home and finish your pizza class by topping and cooking a pre-made and already risen dough which we will then eat! A complementary Chef Hat and a drink are included as well as instructions. MAKE A PIZZA AND EAT TWO!
